Sodexo is, without a doubt, the worst employer I have ever encountered in my life. They need to be held accountable for their actions. There is a complete lack of concern for employees and their well-being. The leadership—if you can even call it that—shows no regard for quality, food safety, or employee health. They genuinely behave in a monstrous way. It's noticeable that many long-standing employees and supervisors are leaving this month, which is a clear sign of poor management. Our operations manager, Christine, seems to have no interest in the welfare of her staff; she appears more focused on finding ways to benefit herself financially.

For the price we pay (I'll be in debt for several years, if not a decade), I can't believe how low the quality of the food is. Given that this is a reputable school, they really need to prioritize the well-being of the students better.

Employees often come to work sick due to inadequate sick leave policies and pay. Additionally, I always bring my own thermometers when I visit, and I've noticed that the produce in the refrigerated section is typically at a temperature of 55 degrees or higher, which is unsafe!

The food service provider has a scale of one to five on the quality of service. One being prison food and 5 being five star restaurants. We are a two on that scale. It sucks for how much it costs the students.

The kids are given the choice of a bunch of nasty fried foods which are often undercooked and very bad choices for fruits and vegetables (if any). They use cheap oil that makes my niece sick. Absolutely ZERO quality control! Kids are also getting food poisoning from eating here! If we knew how badly our niece's health would decline after being at this university we would have done whatever we could to get her to choose someplace else!
