Sprinkles

I brought my family to this restaurant at 6:00 PM on Sunday, January 17, 2022, and the two staff members, a young man and a young lady, were incredibly friendly and attentive.

Pricey. The restaurant is charming, with friendly staff. However, I was shocked at the cost of a single scoop of ice cream. Maybe locals can afford it, but I personally have never paid that much for ice cream. The prices were not displayed, which made it difficult to order. I also wish there had been seating available.

Sprinkles is not the same as it used to be. I have been a customer for over 20 years, but ever since the ownership changed a few years ago, the quality and taste of the frozen yogurt flavors have declined. In all honesty, they just don't taste the same anymore and often they are out of stock. It's frustrating to go in and find they are out of the Oreo frozen yogurt, which used to be my favorite. Additionally, I used to love getting the fronana dessert, but it seems to have changed as well. It's disappointing to see the decline in the offerings at Sprinkles.

The restaurant did not have the flavors they advertised on their menu, such as mint chocolate chip, Cookies 'n Cream, or gummy bears. My children were very disappointed by the lack of variety in flavors.
