Gringos Mariachis - Potomac

I visited the Bethesda branch, but I think the menu is the same at both locations. I ordered the vegetable sopes (without cheese and sour cream) and cauliflower tacos, and I enjoyed both dishes! I also liked the chips and salsa. It seems like they have other vegan options on their menu as well.

I’ve been to Gringos multiple times and I’ve enjoyed the food each and every time. Check their menu for vegan options that include tacos cauliflower and grilled veggies (the fried avocado tacos are not vegan due to the breading on the avocado and the sauce). So, 2 vegan taco options minus the cheese. They also have a veggie burrito that can be made vegan without the corn (is made with a sauce) and without cheese/ queso. Ask to substitute fries when removing multiple toppings from the burrito their fries are awesome! You get complimentary chips and salsa and the guacamole is also on point! They also have quesadillas and fajitas. Drinks are also always spot on. Enjoy!

I have visited Gringos several times and have enjoyed my meals there every time. I recommend checking their menu for vegan options. They have vegan options like cauliflower tacos, grilled vegetable tacos (please note that the fried avocado tacos are not vegan due to the breading on the avocado and the sauce). They also offer a veggie burrito that can be made vegan by omitting the corn and cheese. I recommend trying their brilliant fries as a replacement for the corn in the burrito. Customers also receive free chips and salsa, and the guacamole is delicious. Gringos also offers quesadillas and fajitas. Overall, the drinks at Gringos are always enjoyable.

We had a great experience at this restaurant. The outdoor area was lovely and the vibes were fantastic. Unfortunately, I was unable to eat due to surgery, but my family raved about the tacos and guacamole. I was able to appreciate the details, such as the thicker chips and fresh salsa that were brought out. The guacamole and pico de gallo also looked delicious. The only downside was the price, but if you're treating yourself occasionally, it's worth it.
