Subway - Portsmouth

Friendly staff, ordered a chicken caesar wrap that was delicious, but they also serve pizza slices in one standing next to the sandwich counter, and I can't do it again at all. it was certainly not made that day, it tasted like a microwave disc old delivery pizza.

This is the best Subway around—I'm willing to go out of my way to visit this location! I recently made the mistake of going to another Subway that had persistently poor customer service and was completely disorganized. During peak lunchtime, they didn’t even have the basic ingredients available. In contrast, the Eastern Main location is the complete opposite. When I brought in my sandwich to be toasted, they did it for free without hesitation. Their customer service is consistently top-notch, and they make the best sandwiches. They also offer coffee and delivery!

John, the new general manager, was a very pleasant gentleman. He and Erron provided my fiancé and me with excellent customer service, and the food was wonderful.

I just wanted to give a shoutout to the staff—I'm sorry if I miss anyone, but they were incredibly knowledgeable, articulate, and extremely professional. I was pleasantly surprised by their demeanor and trustworthiness. I'm grateful for the excellent care I received during my visit. Thank you very much!
