Starbucks Coffee - Portsmouth

The coffee tastes great, although at the upper end of the price range it is justified. the facility is clean and the staff is friendly.

I can’t give this place a full 5 stars because the new employees aren’t trained properly on how to make the chocolate chip frappuccino. It didn’t taste like chocolate at all, and it didn’t have the chocolate bits that I used to enjoy. When I order, it seems like the new staff really need some training. She completely ruined what used to be a great drink!

I have to give a shoutout to the young staff who served me on Monday, June 21, 2021, in Dieucks. They greeted me with big smiles and a happy, positive attitude. We need that kind of energy, and it's something I absolutely love!
