Alpha Amazing Chinese - Portsmouth

Been using this Chinese for 5 years now , last night we had friends from London round they had a lovely meal they said they wished they could get them to deliver to Brixton as well

Chinese tea was our go to Chinese takeout in Portsmouth. Sadly the last two orders have been disappointing. The food had clearly been reheated and the last time we ordered it made both me and my wife ill.

Spent so much at this place. Used to be great. The last few times now was terrible. The last order was over £40 and the curry sauce ended up being black bean sauce! Salty, disgusting, and should have kept my money. Never again

We used to always get our Chinese from here or at our friends or families. Ordered yesterday over £60 worth new girl on the phone which I get but over 3 mins on the phone still no idea where the spring rolls was then the owner took over mmm, mmmm, mmmm how rude. Chinese arrived chips very dry and the chicken and prawn balls were very over cooked never again will we or my family and friends order from here badly gone down here s..t Chinese never again your loss we will spend our money on other decent Chinese in Portsmouth!!!

Our experience at this restaurant was terrible from the start. We placed an order and were told there would be a 45-minute wait, which was longer than usual but we assumed they were busy. When my husband went to pick up the order, he was informed that it was actually being delivered. Despite this misunderstanding, over an hour later, we still hadn't received our food. After my husband called back, he was told that the driver had other deliveries as well. Eventually, we heard our neighbor's door being knocked on and realized that our food had been delivered to the wrong house. The food was also stone cold when we finally received it. When we called the restaurant to address the issue, the attitude towards us was absolutely disgusting. My husband had to walk back to the restaurant to get a replacement, but the staff member was unapologetic and refused to take responsibility for their mistakes. The food we finally received was overcooked and still not hot. We tried to leave a review on the website, but the function had been disabled due to numerous bad reviews. We will not be ordering from this company again and will warn others to avoid them as well. The lack of care and quality in our £31.00 order was unacceptable. We are looking for an email address to express our disappointment, as speaking with the rude woman on the phone was not helpful.
