Valley Inn Restaurant - Portsmouth

I had the Angry Pasta and was daring to have it sharp... Wow, I destroyed it, even the owner was impressed... So delicious... great place, great view of the green, super staff, extremely pleasant experience. will definitely visit again when I am in RI.

I'll come by a few times from this facility, and I said I had to visit and eat. Finally, I have today. Friendly staff with a very friendly and well-designed owner. We loved the atmosphere. There was also live music. Basically beautiful atmosphere. We had a good meal. From the appetizers to the main courses. For an appetizer we had the little fears. It was cooked with onions and some sausages. It was very delicious. The sausages added to him some salty taste that when combined with small bottlenecks gave the ultimate taste. For the main course we had fruti de mare a mixture of seafood with pasta). It was a beautiful part and very tasty. I'd be happy to eat it again one day. We had the salmon too. It came with potatoes and asparagus. Our food orders were just perfect. Unfortunately, the food of the restaurant is somewhat overpriced or I would visit weekly. Now I will only visit on special occasions.

Very nice restaurant between Middletown and Portsmouth RI. We had the full distribution of food; Appetizers, main course and dessert. First of all, the food is fantastic, very well prepared and delicious! The only reason I didn't give Valley Inn five stars is because it took until the food came to us (40 min for each course), when the restaurant was only moderately busy on a weekday. Very recommended!

Great experience tonight. The food was amazing! How more than amazing! The owner, Joe had a big conversation with us tonight about many things, the history of the house, his family history, politics and of course FOOD!! A very pleasant night.

Amazing food, you feel like you’re at home and the owner is super friendly. One of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to.
