Seems to be an epidemic of bad customer service at half of the Portsmouth locations. Again, using the mobile app, I would 've expected to wait up to five to seven minutes for fresh food, but others that just ordered at the menu received their food before me, and apparently received correct orders as i finally got my food after 20 minutes only for the order to be completely incorrect.Mind you, I couldn 't go inside as the lobby was locked.Mind as well sat at Waffle House up the street if I 'll wait that long for food (at least it would 've been hot).Please discontinue the app at all Portsmouth locations?
Great dining area and staff. Food was prepared very neatly.
Ordered a happy meal for home only to realize. They didn't give me the full meal.....
Everything was hot and fresh. I mean, what more could you ask for?
