Portola Valley Lobster Shack

I do not recommend ordering the steamed lobster at this restaurant. Either they do not know how to cook it properly or I was very unlucky, as mine was half raw. Additionally, I noticed that the tank holding the lobsters looked dirty and the lobsters inside were not moving at all. The prices are also quite high.

This is my new favorite sushi restaurant! I have been coming here for lunch about once a week for the past month and a half, and it never disappoints. The food is always served quickly, hot, and delicious. I especially love their Deluxe Bento Box, which includes chicken teriyaki, rice, sashimi, salad, miso soup, and tempura - all for a great price. The service is also fantastic, as the staff are always polite, friendly, and accommodating, even to my dog when we come in. There is outdoor seating for nice weather days, and the cozy interior is just as inviting. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for affordable sushi without compromising on quality.

I recently had the most delicious lobster bisque at this quaint little walk-up restaurant in a small location. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was no-frills.

I ordered a lobster sandwich, but found it to be quite average and bland in taste. However, the sweet potato fries and beans were delicious.
