A Furana - Porto-Vecchio

For me, it's my second coming to this restaurant. To my great surprise the map, at least for the part of fish was identical from one year to another. I found it disappointing because I was already thinking about new flavors. I find this all the more damaging as I wonder if a next passage is necessary... As a flat supplement on the mini cup of champagne served, the taste was not at the rdv. This passage of cooked products was good.

Simply excellent: products of sublimated quality in the kitchen, large choice and generous quantities. Anyway, a must in Porto-vecchio!

The kitchen is very correct however the reputation exceeds the services. The name “leader cuisine” is something can pretentious. In fact, the sauces are rather classic and worked very handmade (sauce not dehydrated and flooding the dish)... However the fish is fresh and the original dish. The burger is still very good and the service appreciable. You still have a good budget. Moreover, the view of the terrace is very beautiful, you see the sea and the small port of porto-Vecchio.
