There was confusion between the order placed on the website and the order received in the store, which resulted in a confirmation call in the store and consequently a longer delay in delivery. The order arrived a bit cold, but the taste and quality of the preparation was great

The order arrived cold, but we warmed up to that. We found that the chocolate was not the same, I think the quality has decreased.

The food is great, but the order was delayed twice in a row

The service and delivery were great. I am always well attended by Croasonho. However, one of the Croasonhos was hard to get. We called to file the complaint and after talking to them they decided to use the credit later.

The Nutella croissant was little filled, the savory ones were very good.
