A little disappointing. The food was a little bland and the service, although friendly, a bit inadequate.

Small discrete restaurant with good quality food attentive service and pleasant atmosphere

Bad weather, so eating inside on the second floor of the hotel. Nice room with quiet atmosphere. Menu was interesting, definitely not for children, though. Very reasonable priced wine list. Attentive service with a sense of humor and the server had excellent English language skills.

We stay in Porto Bay Flores and decided to give the Bistro Flores an attempt to the day we arrived. It was an incredible experience. The staff was friendly, attentive and informed. The food was delicious and we enjoyed it very much. We loved every minute!
