Nama Ramen - Portland

It was a rather odd experience. We ordered the kimchi fried rice to share, but it arrived with bean sprouts and ground pork, and there was no trace or flavor of kimchi at all. The dish itself tasted fine; it was akin to ordering a burger and receiving a perfectly good roast beef sandwich instead. There was nothing wrong with it per se, but why label a dish so differently from what it actually is? The staff were friendly, and the wakame salad we ordered was perfectly fine.

My husband is a big fan of their yuzu salmon poke. I used to enjoy their salad, but unfortunately, they've taken it off the menu. I also really liked the Korean chicken wings, but now they only serve chicken legs. I miss both the salad and the wings. Overall, the food is still a solid 5/5.

Fortunately, the gluten-free noodles looked quite different from the regular ones, so I felt assured. Unfortunately, however, my friends and I were not impressed with the ramen itself; the miso flavor was lacking, the tofu tasted off, and the mushrooms were too chewy. I couldn't even finish my bowl—it just wasn't good. The kimchi, on the other hand, was tasty. Overall, I was disappointed by the unwelcoming customer service and the food. What a shame!

Great spice level on everything! Reasonable prices and won’t leave you feeling bloated after lunch :)I had the Korean Fried Chicken and a poké bowl. Both were delicious!Try the spiked lemonade!

The food is great. We typically take orders to go since we live in the neighborhood but it looks like a nice place to sit and eat.
