Przekaż informację zwrotnąIf I could give this restaurant a star, I would not. The staff members, along with the management, are rude and disrespectful. They also fire employees unfairly. If you visit this Dunkin', you will likely receive old donuts and either burnt or stale sandwiches. This is, without a doubt, the worst Dunkin' I have ever been to. They have poor customer service and show little regard for their employees. If you are looking for year-old cheese and croissants, then this is the place for you. However, if you care about your family's health, you are better off going somewhere else.
We arrived in a school bus and found that the inside of the restaurant was closed, but the drive-thru was open. One of the workers came out and informed our driver that our children could use the restrooms inside the building. This level of accommodation was greatly appreciated. The customer service was excellent, with friendly staff willing to help even when most doors would be locked for a school bus arrival.
We visited the restaurant at 5 PM with a school group. The girls needed to use the facilities urgently, but the lobby was closed due to staff shortage. The staff went above and beyond to assist us, opening the lobby and allowing the students to use the restroom, making the experience memorable. Excellent service! Thank you!
I usually order online and have been here twice and the orders have been correct and served with a smile! Some of the nicest people work here, very happy with it
Coffee ordered on the app at 6:26, I waited 10 minutes before I left to pick it up, I wanted to pick my coffee up inside but the option to pick up inside is NEVER able to be pressed, there’s a line of cars all the way to the dumpster, I park and go inside. I stand where you pick your beverage up, someone said ‘hi’ as they walked by. Another minute or 2 goes by, someone acknowledges me, I tell them I’m here to pick up, and give my name… my drink hasn’t even been started yet and by now it’s been almost 20 minutes… another 4 or so minutes goes by and I’m given my drink. I let the girl know I came inside to try and save time because I ordered 20 minutes ago and I thought for sure it would have been done, but the cars in the drive thru LEFT BEFORE I DID!!!! I’ve spoken to the manager, for about a month after, the coffee was mostly correct, only like 5 times that month did I have to return my drink because it was missing caramel, sugar, espresso, and one time for my hot macchiato I was handed an ice cold cup of milk!!!! GET IT TOGETHER!!!! (There are 2 girls who make my coffee correctly every single time, I’m thankful for them. But EVERYONE working there should know how to make all the drinks, is that not common sense?? My coffee should T be wrong because the only 2 people who make it correctly have a day off
