Went in for an early lunch, no line, quiet and calm. Got my chix burrito bowl started, then it slid down to the cold toppings section and the cashier, who just finished ringing up the previous order, came over, grabbed some lettuce with her bare hands, and plopped it on my food. Yum! If the health dept wasnt so busy with covid stuff, I'd be really curious to see their inspection results.Cross this place off the lunch-list.
Waiting to order for more than 10 minutes. They have one person doing all the online orders then he gets back to the line after 10 minutes, incredible. They need a better manager with a better system for ordering.
Fresh and delicious, though a bit stingy on the meat as I ordered double meat and there wasn't much as other Chipotles. Could have been 5 stars!
Establishment is incredibly understaffed, online orders are totally overwhelming the current staffing levels making the in-store experience painfully slow. It's easy to see the employees are distressed and working as fast as they can to keep up.It took 30 minutes to get my order and there was four people in line in front of me. By the time I left the employees had a stack of 15 online orders to fill.
