Arby's - Portland

I have never had a bad experience here. Their BLTs are awesome, and my grandsons love their gyros. Once I got up to the window and realized I’d left my purse at home. The manager very kindly covered it. I wish people would stop criticizing businesses because they can’t get enough people to work. You don’t have any way of knowing how many hours the staff has been there when they’ve had to close for lack of workers.

Only reason I did not rate a 5 star is that I would like to be able to go inside to order, but due to not enough help the lobby is closed only the drive-thru is available. The team is always very friendly the food is also very good.

The staff here were friendly, and appeared to like each other, and their jobs.

I don't understand the lousy reviews. This Arby's goes beyond the call of duty for speed and good food.

I always forget how disappointing this location is and make the mistake of going back again.
