Arby's - Portland

I came in with my parents today. The staff was very friendly and patient with us. (My mother has dementia. They answered her questions, and didn't make us feel rushed or upset. The young lady working the counter was amazing! (If her pronouns are wrong I apologize. But I believer her name is Selena? The food was also super good! Highly recommend eating here.

I usually don't take the time to write reviews, but I felt compelled to praise the manager and team at this restaurant! We stopped here during our road trip because of its convenient location. Even though there was a line extending into the lobby, we were impressed by how efficiently the team worked together. Everyone on staff seemed genuinely happy to be there, and I appreciated how supportive the manager was in guiding and assisting them. It was truly refreshing to see such a positive atmosphere, especially when so many places are struggling with staffing and patience these days. Keep up the fantastic work!

I really appreciated the woman at the drive-thru window. She was incredibly kind and sweet, and her apologetic demeanor genuinely brightened my day.

We visited this Arby's and were impressed by the steaming hot food and excellent service. The brisket sandwich and turkey sliders were both fantastic. Highly recommended!

I had such a fantastic visit visit to this location Friday March 25th. I went in with a couple of coupons and thought they would be difficult about them. I was so happy with how well the treated me. Troy was great despite my poor wording on my end and got me everything I needed. I will definitely be going back as I work in the area!
