Cletonina - Portimão

Yummy icecream. Nice esplanade to eat your icecream at and watch the people go by on a sunny day. Menu looked interesting too, but we only went for desert.

Estes gelados e os crepes são muito bons. A atendente foi muito simpática. Já faz mais de 20 anos que sou cliente dos gelados da NoSolo Itália. Sempre com a qualidade no top! Recomenda-se!

We visited this restaurant twice during a week long stay in Praia da Rocha. One of our party has a gluten allergy and it can be difficult finding somewhere to eat whilst on holiday. The staff at this restaurant explained to us how they cooked pizzas to ensure their is no gluten cross contamination, as far as possible. The food was excellent and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. We enjoyed the restaurant atmosphere and the views sat on the front overlooking the strip and the sea. We enjoyed the beer on tap and had a bottle of wine also. The bill was not expensive, in our opinion and we would recommend this restaurant to anyone, especially if you have coeliac disease.

Overall 3 stars for restaurant and 5 stars for the ice cream shop below it. Restaurant Atmosphere was nice, and we saw it was busy every night Pizzas came out quickly, but nothing to rave about to be honest, quite average Price is okay and customer service is really good We got the chicken, pepper and Sweetcorn and cletonina pizza FYI the portugese sausage is just like slices of chorizo/salami not like a proper sausage Ice cream shop Service is lovely but the portion size was huge, for one scoop costing €2.30 I got like 3 scoops of ice cream. The dom rodrigo flavour is a must try!
