Landing 13 - Porterville

The steak was cooked perfectly. I prefer my steak to be medium rare, but I usually only get medium at other places. This steak was charred on the outside, yet soft and tender on the inside, just like a good steak should be. I want to thank whoever cooked my steak, as it made my long work week feel worth it.

Waitress very nice apologetic. Had reservations at 6, just left. Our party waited for over 2 hours to be told they ran out of the following: mushrooms, wings, fries, calamari, pulled pork and possibly other items but will not know until orders before us would be served!! This is crazy!Also informed we have to serve our own drinks! (Soft drink/teas) since we are self serve…can we serve our own tap? Lol.. never coming here again.Literally in Visalia, Texas Roadhouse. Wait time? 5 minutes.. order placed! So much for supporting a mom pop..for supporting local!For Holidays..,they need to get their food and any staff shortages in check.

We sat and waited for over two hours and still never got served. Waitress told us we would have to get our own drinks. After four tables with the same amount of people came and got their food before us we finally asked why it was taking so long for ours and the waitress was extremely rude then said we could leave if we didn't like the wait as she pointed to the door, so we left with two upset hungry children. We were patient and nice as we've all worked in the food industry before and know sometimes some orders take longer than others. This was unacceptable. Definitely do not recommend.

Really good food. The burger I had was big and very good. The servers were all friendly and helpful. I came with a group of ladies, everyone loved the food. We were well taken care of.

Wonderful experience!!!!We randomly came across this restaurant while looking for bar/restaurants. This is exactly what we were looking for.Upon arriving the outside provided free parking in a clean parking lot. The outside of the establishment was clean and somewhat inviting.When we walked in we were very pleasantly surprised with how spacious the place was. Tables are far enough apart so it's not uncomfortable and has large bar area with a significant amount of seating.Great variety of drinks and food options. We purchased the nachos which were absolutely delish! Later we order the haddock which was amazing. All was perfect.Staff was very friendly and since there weren't many customers in at the time we had top notch service. Wish I had the names of the ladies who gave us such fabulous service to thank! Was able to watch football and relax in a great environment.It was very clean everywhere! ?As we are new to the area but on a long-term but temp job assignment this by far is the best dining option we've experienced in Porterville area so far. We will definitely be back and fully stand by this wonderful place. Parking: On side of building is a full parking for customers. Clean and well lit.
