Kfc - Porterville

I like their chicken and the service. What I don't like is that they have removed the promotions from their app. Now it doesn't matter if you order there or online.

Went through the drive through ... Their wait times are outrageous.! Was told there was only a 5 min wait. So I paid and pulled over to park ... 20 mins goes by and they just tell me they are working on it and I still haven't gotten my order.. I didn't request anything special... They said that they were going to give us free cakes for taking so long and then after 30 minutes I finally get my order in and they don't even put that stuff in my bag.

Went through the drive through. Friendly and Expedient.

Really bad I had to wait a hour for my food this is the last time I’m coming to KFC.
