Port City Java - Porters Neck

Came here recently for a Build your Own Breakfast and a coffee and they gave me expired mayonnaise. Not sure if it was old or not being stored properly but it was extremely runny and smelled like paint thinner. The oil and egg in it obviously had separated and i only realized after i put it on my sandwich unfortunately. Dont go unless you enjoy food poisoning!

I have always loved Port City Java and visit almost every day. However, I was disappointed to find that they recently changed their menu, removing the Impossible sausage on an English muffin. As a vegan, this option was very important to me. Even with customizing their current sandwiches, I end up paying more, despite removing items. Regrettably, I will need to find another place to go.

Their coffee and coffee drinks are far superior to Starbucks. The service is always fast and friendly. There is a coupon in attraction book for the sandwiches. I tried the turkey sausage with cheese and an egg sandwich, highly recommend. ? Vegetarian options: The sandwiches are build your own and they charge for each individual item added. Wheelchair accessibility: Although I did not go inside, there is an option for handicap parking.

The staff was super inviting! Cranberry Nut Muffin is so delish! Sugar free vanilla latte was really smooth and well made!

This is a nice spot to work for folks who need to get out of the office every now and then. The coffee is excellent, the wifi is consistent, and they offer free refills.
