A long wait And cold curry chips came with congealed sauce Not good enough guys

I had to wait half an hour for a small pizza and fries. The pizza was awful—I ordered pepperoni but received sausage instead, which was definitely not what I wanted. The fries were good, but the staff showed zero interest in customer service. There were no apologies for the long wait or anything.

After giving this restaurant several chances, I’ve had enough. My food has often arrived cold, I've had orders that never arrived, and I've waited over an hour and a half multiple times. I decided to call again tonight and specifically requested that my food be warm upon delivery, as it had been cold the last time I ordered. However, they didn’t even show up. I’m done! What has happened to this place?
