She had a nice quick conversation with us. When we left my daughter, she said she was really nice. I'd give them 5 stars, but $12 for 2 coffee is a kind of demolition
You're alway friendly. Today when I was there my bill was $29.00 I told the cashier I had a free reward. He asked me if I only wanted to use the stars I had and I said sure he brought my bill to $13.00. I was very grateful. I love Starbucks because no matter where you are or if you come back later, if you order a drink, it will taste the same, I can't say the same for Dunkin. I gave them 4 stars because they never have the syrup we want, and occasionally they drag me to the front and wait for my drink and I order an icy chi late with oat milk a pump of brown sugar syrup a shot of blond espresso and pumpkin cold foam above. I understand it's the employees' fault they don't have what we want. But it's frustrating.
These employees are always friendly and are at the top of customer satisfaction! I go to this about the one that my house closest due to their clean business, goods selection, customer service and overall great atmosphere!!! Great job guys keep the big job!!!! You definitely have business!!
You lost a star. Why? Because the lady on the ride was rude. I ordered an espresso freak with whip, because they don't hang it, except you ask. When I get to the window to get my order, she'll give me the drink without a pipe. I'll give it back and tell you to whistle. Then she thought I had to ask for whistles if I command and why they want you. She closed the window before I could tell her I had it and told it clearly to add whip on the sticker. She then added the whip shortly after returning to me and told me again that I had to order her with whip. At what point am I now crossed. I pointed to the sticker and said I did and pointed out where it clearly says add whip. I'm sorry this is our fault. You think? Please teach your employees the double check that the addition is added and do not leave customers with the employee's mistakes. Better.
Definitely one of the better Starbucks in NWI! Everything I've ordered here has always been correct, no matter how complicated. Even more importantly, they are consistent with the regular stuff. The staff is always friendly and during these COVID times...masked up. The drive thru can get packed quick, which is the only downside really. To anybody going here for the first time, watch out for the drive thru curb. I've seen a few cars turn into it when pulling into the parking lot and when the try to pull to the right when leaving the drive thru. Just a heads up.
