Dominic's Family Pizza - Portage

Its really hit or miss when it comes to this place. First few times were great, last night was no cheese and extremely greasy.

I've always had a good experience going here the potato pizza is ?

Stopped in so my mom could get a half hoagie for her dinner. She say's they are very very good, I can't say myself because I didn't get anything. However I can comment on service ? the young lady behind the counter was extremely pleasant and when she brought my mom's hoagie out she was so sweet, it's hard to find such great customer service nowadays with the younger generation. So, thank you! Now on to the atmosphere, I myself probably wouldn't eat inside the establishment only because it looks a bit run down, it could use some TLC and the seats/tables needed to be wiped up.

I placed an order for lunch and was told 45 minutes. I arrived on time and was not even waited on for 15 minutes. When I was finally waited on, I was told that my order wasn't even started and that there was another order ahead of mine, even though I was the only one in the building. I had to walk away since I was on my lunch break and didn't have another 30 to wait. Truly horrible service

Food was delicious and staff was friendly and patient while taking my phone order.
