Dairy Queen - Portage

I really enjoy the Blizzards here, but unfortunately, my order was messed up. I asked for a medium size and ended up with a mini. When I got into the car, I realized they were smaller than I expected. At least the staff charged me correctly. It felt like I was on a diet, haha!

The experience was enjoyable overall. The service was friendly and attentive, and the food was tasty. The only issue we encountered was that our Blizzards were not mixed properly, so all the toppings were at the bottom. However, I understand that they were busy, and it seemed like an honest mistake.

It was a bustling night with a long line, but the staff did an excellent job of getting everyone seated quickly.

Dairy queen is always a great place to get a chili cheese hot dog and a milkshake!

I ordered an ice cream cake last minute, the day before my nieces Wonder Woman birthday party last weekend. I called and the guy said he would have to check with his manager to see if its not to late. Without an issue, Hailey took my request. She had better ideas for the cake than I did and her input made the cake look awesome. She even offered to put star sprinkles that she had left over from the 4th, which fit the theme perfectly. This will definitely be my go to Dairy Queen for cakes in the future. I 100% recommend Hailey. Excellent customer service super helpful!
