Cappo's Casual Dining - Portage

The food was not only amazing, but the prices were also great. Our server was amazing that she ensured that we were supervised all the time. It is usually a trade you get only 2 out of 3 lol. Cappos never disappointed

Service was good. Eat here the second time. For the first time I have the ribs. You're good, but Wagner's better. This time I have jumbo fried shrimps. The Cole Slav is not great, but everything else was delicious. Sweet tea is really good, too. Shrimp was perfectly baked and cooked, both times the service was fast and they were friendly. Will definitely be back.

Cappos is the new restaurant of choice. The price is great for the portions and how delicious the food is. There are many possibilities when we take our whole family for dinner. The service is fabulous! It was a pleasant surprise when a server that took care of other customers stopped asking if there is something we needed.

I found this little place when driving on Sunday afternoon. came by noon and sat immediately. The waitress took my drink order, but didn't tell me about the specials or asked if I was interested in an appetizer. C'est la vie. My Moscow mule just arrived and was cold and refreshing. I ordered the shrimp Sampi appetizer (a special after the board) and the fetters Alfredo with grilled chicken. The salad came right away. It was crunchy and fresh and correspondingly large. While I was happy to crack away, the scampi was delivered. The shrimps smelled wonderful and came to the dunking with a piece of baguette. The shrimps were well dimensioned and perfectly boiled, but the whole dish was a little under seasoned, but a bar of salt fixes it easy. Near the end of the appetizer, the tileuccine was brought to the table. The dish was hot pierced and the Alfredo sauce was perfectly rich and thick. I was in many Italian restaurants the sauce was very thin, not the case here. The pasta dish was also a little conservatively seasoned, but again a small line of salt and it was on site. Overall I enjoyed the experience here. The service was fast and accommodating, the dishes were fresh, pleasantly presented. I'll see through the city on my way.

Have eaten from here 4 times now, everytime the food was fresh, hot, and delicious. Pizza was great both times, lasagna was great, and the philly cheese steak sandwich was great. Prices are very reasonable as well. Definitely recommend to anyone in the area.
