Boston Pizza - Portage la Prairie

I sat in the lounge. They were more than happy to put the NASCAR race on TV. The food, staff and atmosphere were excellent.

We arrived after a wedding for a visit with a friend and relaxed right until closing. We stayed until the lights went out! They treated us like family. 5 ?!

Ordered take out for pick up, we took the meal back to our hotel. Once back at the hotel we noticed our order was missing a side, garlic mashed potatoes. I called to let the restaurant staff know, right away staff offered to deliver the missing side right to our hotel room. Very happy with the customer service. Boneless chicken bites were great. Sweet potato fries were soggy, which often happens with take out and is not specific to BPs.

Just got to Portage for work and ordered delivery. To start no cutlery was included even though I asked. Also the delivery Address is a hotel so there’s that. The lasagna had basically no sauce, dry noodles and some cheese. The ribs also barely had any sauce. The garden salad was good though. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Also very expensive for 2 things, they add a 4 dollar delivery fee. So with lasagna and ribs it came to 68 dollars with a tip.

Poor service. Food came out, was done my first drink by then, didn't ask if we needed anything eles, no Parmason for my pizza, just put the food down, said enjoy and hurried away. Finished half a large pizza and was done my food long before server finally came around and asked if I wanted a refill. All small things but we felt ignored as our server went to all the other tables first, completely ignoring us and walking by us multiple times. I had my kids there, maybe the server doesn't like kids, can't think of anything else as a reason to why everyone else was checked up on multiple times and we were not once, had to interupt her just to get boxes and our bill.Kid-friendliness: If you have young kids I wouldn't recommend here.
