Very nice and cosy restaurant, beautiful terrace with panoramic views of the mudguard, intriguing the visit to the castle. the Franciscan host will welcome you with sympathy, the pink sauce is in the kitchen, prepares delicious dishes of the Piedmont tradition. I liked a nice set of appetizers, recommend the tri of ca, very delicate, prepared also with the grignolin, of course, given the name of the restaurant. for the first I opted for the tajarins, with a delicious ragù, but I wouldn't be wrong to order the agnolotti, that my friends defined delicious. given the heat we kept the light, jumping the second, but as a goloso I gave myself a good bone. wine grignolino, of course, a bottle recommended by the tavern. It was very good, too bad I have to drive, and I can only drink a glass of it, but look, my partners drank it gagly. When do we get back?
