Fuzzy's Taco Shop - Port Wentworth

Ordered a Chorizo, Egg, and Cheese Burrito. 8 Minutes later, the order before me gets called up. They places their meal in a bag with napkins and handed it to the customer.Then they call another order up 4 minutes later. Went from #17 to the #19 and I was 18. I look and there is nothing even cooking on the flattop. So I inquired about my order, was told they needed to cook the Chorizo....and magically it was done in 3 minutes. They plopped the burrito wrapped in foil (that had food residue on the outside of it), and said here you go...When I asked about a bag, or napkins, they looked at me like I was confused. When I explained how I witnessed others getting their ToGo orders in a bag with napkins...and mine was basically tossed at me I received more attitude. So I just said have a nice day and walked away....I recommend avoiding places like this

The staff was very nice and courteous. When I arrived, they were out of their fuzzy rice, so they immediately substituted it, with whatever I chose, then when I got ready to leave the server brought me out two things of fuzzy rice, because she knew I truly wanted it. I highly recommend this place. The food is superbVegetarian options: They do have veggie fajitas and burritos.

I really wanted to love this place, but I couldn't. Service was good, but the queso was bad. Left most of it on the table after dining in, but I took the generous bag of chips back to our hotel. Here I am, snacking a few hours later, and I taste sugar in the bag, on some of the chips. I cannot find any plausible reason for it, except that they reused chips. Nope, not going back again to this location.

Where the quality of food has never been an issue this marks the third time that I have come in to this particular location it been told I have to wait on top of the actual cook time weight because they don't have enough staff but one person in the kitchen. Good food and good atmosphere is all well and good but if you can't get any service there's no point in it this location needs either be refought or wages need to be raised but I'm wasting gas coming to a place that I have to wait 45 minutes for three tacos

Ate here yesterday, sat at the bar. There were 2 bartenders, one was new and the other super inviting. I ordered the taco meal (2 tacos and 2 side) I ordered tempura shrimp and mahi tacos, refried beans and Fuzzy’s rice and a $3 margarita that was so good I couldn’t believe the price! The vibes were nice!Here’s what through me off.. the bartender made me go get my own food as though I was a take away customer and my order was wrong. I was served the wrong rice.I ordered cinnamon churros and was served Oreo ones instead (weird that my churros were brought to me but I had to leave my drink to go fetch my platter). The bartender said they were out of cinnamon churros as she is serving me the Oreo ones. I didn’t care for them so she recommended sopapillas. I’d never had them before so I tried them and didn’t care for those either.Finally I requested a refund for the churros and it got weird. The bartender told the manager/cook what happened and she approached me asking what could she do for me. So I explain what was already explained to her and she says in the sassiest way ever, “I’m only refunding you for the churros” I was utterly confused because she knew that’s what I was requesting so I respond “that’s all I want” she counters with “ok well that’s what I was asking” ??? I was beyond confused because the bartender told her I wanted a refund for the churros.What started off with the super high energy of the bartender (who was very knowledgeable about the menu) ended with a rude manager.I feel the kitchen should communicate more when items are 86’d because they had also charged a guest for quesadillas but the bartender didn’t know the kitchen didn’t have tortillas to make them or burritos.I’m a truck driver and the pilot across the was doesn’t offer much food so I will definitely be going back. I left a review so that this place could become more proactive than reactive.The food was good but I took a star for being served food other than what I ordered.
