Dunkin' - Port St Lucie

This dunkin' donuts has the greatest variety of donuts I have ever seen at any dd. I was just on the autobahn and stopped for coffee late afternoon. asked for a fresh pot and the writer was very ready to accommodate. I love dunkin! also I could add, I am not sure if this was the exact location in which I was because when I tried to locate the next dd, it was also on the same road. the location where I was was just from the turnpike and the DD warehouse was also attached to a BP gas station.

The workers in the early morning are the most beautiful here! They also make my coffee exactly as I ask. always smile, no matter when you are there. during the rush hour or when it is slow, they always smile! I go every day to get a coffee from here!

I am a regular customer at this restaurant and always receive excellent customer service. On a recent visit, I ordered a Sweet tea but it was not sweet at all. Initially, I thought it was unsweetened tea, but when the employee Jessica returned with a remake, she explained that the tea had simply not been sweetened properly. I suggested adding a couple of pumps of liquid sugar, but then changed my mind, thinking maybe I didn't need the sugar that morning. Despite my indecision, Jessica kindly offered to fix the drink. They say third time's a charm, and it was. The tea was perfect after the remake.

I had a negative experience at this restaurant where the manager was rude, disrespectful, and refused to give me the food I paid for. I would recommend avoiding this place altogether.

The food was average, as expected from any Dunkin' Donuts. However, the service was extremely poor, with the staff being incredibly rude.
