The only reason they lose a star is because they let me wait longer than necessary. I could see my order ready on the kitchen counter and it took 10 minutes to pack it.
No adherence to the turnaround time, and no one seems to be concerned that they’re making customers wait longer than expected. I waited 30 minutes for a order I was promised to receive in 15 minutes

Great service always. Common customer of tiagos port Shepstone. Fast food if you can't wait, phone in and order in front of the hand and it will be ready when you get there. Always have the burgers and enjoy them, one of my top favorites.
