Fujiyama - Port Salerno

I love the food here, and the drinks are well made. Jackie Chan is definitely my favorite chef. He let me cook rice and build the fire on the grill! My family and I are regulars here. Whenever we go here on Friday, we call it Fuji-Friday. I am in LOVE with the LED lights, they are a nice decoration for fuji! ?

Entertainment and more food that I can eat. Outstanding place.

Ahhh my favorite place .. Vince and Ivy are my buddies I brought my son and buddy there treated em to hibachi lunch was perfect as always . Then went back for dinner portions a week later as always so awesome. You guys are the best

Pregnant mama’s beware!!! This is a five star restaurant and a restaurant that I used to always come too for sushi (I’m dying to try their hibachi). As a sushi lover and someone who comes to this restaurant often, I know how to indicate what comes raw and what doesn’t. I love raw sushi but I am pregnant and can’t eat raw sushi right now so we ordered all cooked sushi. 2 came out raw, 2 came out cooked (of course the 2 cooked ones were completely fried). Our server didn’t offer to make it right she just said if someone has an allergy or an issue, they tell us. I don’t have an allergy or an issue… didn’t think I needed to tell the whole world I was pregnant!!! I ordered accordingly. My husband ate the raw sushi but eating two fried rolls by myself was hard and too much fried as we normally share everything. Waitress tried arguing that what I ordered was raw I told her we come here all the time, I know how to order the sushi. I asked for the menu to show her it was supposed to be cooked she just said she will tell her manager to make the changes. They didn’t even try to fix the issue, take the raw sushi rolls back, refund us or anything. Sad this was our experience after loving this place and it being one of our go-to’s. I have not been back since due to their lack of care and professionalism.

Chicken katsu was very dry, everything else was not bad
