Tail-gators Brews Grill

Great bar food at a good price. Came late for dinner. Only the complaint is karaoke night at maximum volume and was a bit much. I could scream over the table. But... everyone had a good time, little girl singer was great.

Our server Briana was awesome?!!! The food was good and relaxing atmosphere?.Karaoke night. Definitely recommend to check it out.

I changed my plans during my holidays just to try the taste of gator, so I came to an specialised place called Tail-Gator, with tshirts with gators and a logo with a gator... BUT NO GATOR TAIL on the kitchen... 40 miles to arrive and other 40 to return after eating burned mozzarela sticks... Feeling scamed.

Haven't been here in a few years, so thought I was going to give it a go. Ordered 2 quesadillas one chicken and one shrimp and order of fries because it came with nothing. Get home my order was wrong both chicken no shrimp, laying in a puddle of grease and fries in bag again totally greasy. Talked my husband out of KFC'S because I wanted something alittle healthier and fresh, would of been better than what I got. Soggy, greasy and definitely not healthier or fresh. Had to pick the chicken out to save myself from having to go back. Wont make this mistake again or anytime soon. It's a shame I don't remember this place being this way. Better luck to you all..

Visited the new SLW location today around 3:30pm. Our iced tea was dropped off Luke warm, with ice that disappeared completely within five minutes. Ordered the Buffalo chicken salad and it was huge, chicken was crispy, and ingredients were fresh; however the chicken was cold. My husband ordered a seafood platter that was good, but again, cold and the fries tasted like they sat out for a while. The server disappeared after taking the order until half-way through our meal. Two managers and sever other staff members made eye contact as I looked around for help for about 10 minutes, and made NO EFFORT to help us out. Two managers. No teamwork or communication whatsoever. Mind you, three people were also at the host stand and looked out way but saw nothing. They were sufficiently staffed up front, but not one person cared about the customer experience. The food runner did a good job bringing us additional dressing and was more invested than anyone in the front of house. Train wreck. Our server seemed like she had little to no support and did the best she could on her own. I am in the restaurant industry and have never regretted visiting a restaurant more.
