I’m really disappointed with the Little Caesars at Rivergate Plaza. It used to be fantastic, but the new staff seems quite disorganized. They don’t answer phone calls when you try to place an order for a cake, which is frustrating. I even watched from the store as they ignored the ringing phone. At this rate, it feels like they might be trying to drive the business into the ground. It's a shame to see such a decline under the current management.

This place feels like high school all over again! I waited 40 minutes for a standard pepperoni pizza. A female employee at the front stopped taking orders because she was waiting for her five pizzas to take home. When she finally left, she hopped into her car, and everyone noticed that we had all been waiting. Now they have to figure out our orders again! It's disappointing to see such selfish customer service. We are grown adults, not hungry children, and it shouldn't feel like we're scrambling for food. And don’t even get me started on the staff!

Pizza was great. I have a paprika pizza and buffalo Ranch sauce that tastes very different it has more ranch than Buffalo

Came in to order two pizzas one cheese and one pepperoni and the girl told me it would be 10 minutes and it turned into an hour and all she could say was I can?t control how fast they cook and I asked her why she said ten minutes and she said that she didn?t know and there is nothing she can do
