Kaede Hibachi Japanese

I absolutely love this place! The menu is budget-friendly and the food is delicious. Their yum yum sauce has great flavor! I highly recommend it!

Overall, the food was moderate. Not terrible, as some reviews mention. I ordered the spicy salmon roll, avocado roll and the chicken Hibachi rice. In my opinion, the sushi had too much sauce for my pleasure. The spicy salmon contained too much spicy Mayo, and the avocado roll was penetrated in Eelsoße. Some like it. I still enjoyed my sushi. The hibachi is where I'm most disappointed. there is lack of taste. It was nicely prepared, but there was something missing. The lady who took my order was kind. The device can be better.

We recently moved to Port Saint Lucie and noticed this restaurant while exploring the area. On a Saturday night, we decided to take the family there for dinner. However, be mindful of their closing time, as they shut their doors at 10:00 PM. We arrived at 9:25 PM to find the "Open" sign still flashing and the door open, only to be told via a loudspeaker that they were closed. The staff member couldn't explain why they had stopped serving customers so early, suggesting they were just finished for the night. It was disappointing and frustrating, especially since we were hoping to try a new place. After reading other reviews, it seems we may have dodged a bullet. This restaurant had an opportunity to gain a regular family of five, but we’ve decided to go to Hibachi Square in PSL West instead.

The woman at the front desk was extremely rude to me. I had to wait 30 minutes for a takeout order I placed over the phone. When I arrived to pick it up and pay, I realized I had called the wrong location. I took responsibility for the mix-up, apologized for wasting her time, and politely requested a refund. Instead of understanding, she kept me waiting for five minutes, claiming her system was down and that only her manager could process refunds. Eventually, the manager came out and handled the refund in less than a minute. The front desk lady then rudely shoved a dirty cup into my hands and told me to collect my refund receipt. I asked her why she was acting so rudely, but she dismissed me again. Finally, a very kind cook came over to inquire about the situation, but neither of them seemed to grasp what I was trying to explain. I thanked the cook for the refund and decided to leave.

We decided to try this restaurant after getting tired of Chinese. We order Noodles with Beef, Teriyaki Hibachi. Our boys loved the taste of the noodles. It is quiet different delicious. Everything else complements it. I then started ordering wings other stuff. Our 5 kids really enjoy the meals. People who complain about amount of beef or chicken don?t realize how pricy meat has gotten. We really like this restaurant. Thank you guys!
