I keep experiencing issues with my orders! Items are often missing, and despite paying for upgrades, they never arrive.

If your posted hours say you're open until 3 AM, and your website confirms that, then you shouldn't close the drive-thru at 2:50 AM and simply apologize when someone arrives. I don’t need an apology; I just want a Crunchwrap Supreme. If you advertise being open until 3 AM, you should actually stay open until that time—not close at 2:50 AM just because you want to leave when it hits 3 AM.

It seems to have become a regular occurrence for them to forget something in my order. This time it was just a burrito, but last time they left out my nachos. At this point, I’ve come to accept it. Service: Takeout Meal Type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30

At this time of day, it was crazy dinner time, I started my soot in line in the drive thru was almost to the road. I think the whole thing took 15 to 20 minutes.
