My Mother-In-Law bought my wife a cup from this Starbucks that had a deformed lid. She didn't notice and when we received it, it leaked terribly. I went to swap it out for another one and directed us to customer service and that they couldn't help me. They then sent me to another Starbucks, the location on mile hill, and told me they could only replace it. I did a whole lot more to get this cup replaced and after more running around and calls to Starbucks customer service over the phone I gave the cup back to my MIL. She walks into the the store and they immediately replace it no problem (without receipt). Bias on the employees, to be honest, and quite disappointing. I guess they just will only do it for certain people.
Genuinely I'm writing this as I'm standing here, haven't been serviced and I'm extremely hurt, my time is very sensitive and I cannot believe the two baristas didn't even acknowledge my presence. (Despite the extreme sarcasm I was standing there for five minutes and they said nothing so yea 1 star)
Went for breakfast. The middle of my sandwich was cold. Wife ordered oatmeal and it had to much water
This location on multiple occasions is super slow to get through starbucks. Typically it's only 1 batista on duty. If you are only looking for starbucks you are better off going to one of the other locations in port orchard. The time in the car there is faster
