Love Firehouse subs. Unfortunately this time they got my wife 's steamer wrong. I had asked for bacon on my Italian, and got it. Yummy. The main mess up was that they also put bacon on the steamer. They let us keep the bad steamer, and made a new one. They were busy and it did take a fairly long time, but when she did get her new steamer it was perfect. We have been going to Firehouse for years and this is the only time that I can recall us ever having any issues. I would say that over all you have a very good record of getting orders right. Also, I really miss trying out the other hot sauces. Do you have any plans to bring them back in a year or two?
This is our favorite sandwich spot! It’s tough to top their beef brisket or Italian sub, which are our top picks! The subs are consistently excellent, well-prepared, and absolutely delicious. I usually grab them myself since they're nearby.
We frequently place orders through text, and on May 13th, we picked up our order at 5:15 (order number 1000067). Unfortunately, the brownie we ordered was missing, and my partner did not go back to get it. Overall, I would rate this experience a 3 out of 5.

I visited twice and still haven't earned any points, but that seems to be an issue with the app rather than this location. Overall, a great place!
