Dustin's -b-q - Port Orange

Came to Dustin's last night for the first time.... And the last time... Never again... Our server Mary clearly was out of it and frazzle brained during the time we went and I observed her waiting other tables and checking on other guests double amount than how much she checked on our table... Got a very awkward profiling vibe from her and she made the experience just as bad as the food... I hate to call people out but it was just super uncomfortable and rude how she didn't care for me and my fiance but cared for other tables more( examples the table right behind us she checked on a dozen times where she barely checked us on three times I counted) as for the food the fries tasted not cooked all the way... The buns for sandwich was like cafeteria style buns or of cheap quality... The beans had so much sweet sauce in them that's all you tasted and was overpowering... My fiance did like the ribs so that's the only plus i would give Dustin's...Of course my review is just one of many and is only me and my finances opinion on our experience there at the time but it was enough for us not to ever go back.

Our favorite family BBQ has really gone downhill. The food is mediocre, expensive and the service is hit or miss. They never have any rare beef anymore or really any with any pink. It's all just this mindless gray color and tough. French fries are not cooked enough. Go figure. We will say the salad bar is still great though in all honesty. Just thoroughly disappointing.

This is definitely a family barbecue joint. Prices are very reasonable, portions are good size, and the food has good flavor and variety.We ordered the lunch specials and got to select our Mini side as well as our regular side. The Mac and cheese was creamy and steaming hot, the green beans were well cooked, but flavourful, the potato salad, had just the right amount of zip to it. Everyone was pleased with their meal, and with 5 people, the price came out around $80, can't go wrong with that, and we'll definitely try it again.

We usually do “pick up” for our to go orders. The staff are always efficient and friendly unlike the other barbecue place down the street. The corn nuggets are to actually die for! Their fried chicken strips are phenomenal especially unexpected for a barbecue place and their ribs are awesome also. We are extremely happy using Dustins for many meals. Kudos!

We have been craving Dustin's bbq for quite a while and we are happy that we finally stopped in at the port orange location.We were seated promptly and our waitress gave us menus. We already knew what we wanted to order. Our food arrived in under ten minutes and it was fresh and hot. Our drinks were refilled and I was happy that our waitress always came by to check on us.The restaurant was clean and not crowded.We will definitely be coming back again.
