I have to say this place used to be great it was always crowded the food was always fresh. I do not know what happened but I will not go back the food was not fresh the food was not good but. The staff were very nice though
I would like to start off by saying the staff is very friendly and accommodating, however, I was disappointed to say the least. I ordered my meal online, I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich and when I brought it to my job, it was not what I ordered. I called them and the women who picked up said they didn't have any crispy chicken made, which is fine I just wish I was told before I left to go back to work. I tried the rotisserie chicken sandwich and it was pretty gross. I went back to get something else, I got the 1/4 dark meat chicken and two sides. overall the meal was below average. it's sad to say that Boston Market quality of food has gone downhill. I came to this restaurant all the time when I was a child and remember the food being pretty good but unfortunately I cant say the same now. The staff is super friendly, the food on the other hand, I'm surprised they haven't shut down yet. The staff of Boston Market, you're better off going somewhere else to work. Shouldn't be working for a place that can't keep up with the quality of the food. ~Best of wishes.
One of the most unpleasant experiences ever at a Boston Market... It's sad when a place hires people that are soooo lazy... And let their friends family come and eat for free... And it's a semi daycare too with employees bringing their family to eat for free and hangout while low class mom let's kids do what they want... Sad sad sad how BM can let this go down... Free food to friends and family... Awesome ? ?... ABSOLUTELY ZERO PRIDE IN STAFF... NONE!!!... Will not return here... Notice the cup of noodles for which BM doesn't sell... Sad sad sad BM...
The food was delicious; however, the reason for my rating was service. When I arrived, there was absolutely no one in line. I parked in a handicap space, and with a walking stick in hand, I stood at the counter for 12 minutes waiting while 4 people were being the counter while 3 of them repeatedly passed me starting "I 'll be right with you. The manager was walking around with a cell phone in hand prepping sides while talking to another store that was shorthanded. When the person finally came to assist me she seemed to be the least experienced because she dropped my tray on the cutting board when the carver added my chicken. When she returned, she was using the same platter, but reloaded the spinach. At the end with cane in hand, I had a platter with a lid the didn 't lock, a bottle of water, and a bag that contained the super small corn bread. When I requested a platter to carry the food, the didn 't have one, and no bag was offered. When I asked for a bag, not for dine in consumers, and no offer of assistance. Just incredibly disappointed.
