Very pleasant staff, friendly and helpful. They didn't have waffle cones though so had to take a sugar cone. Also I like ice cream with cookie dough in it and they didn't have. But overall I like their ice cream and the dine in area is really cozy and the ambiance is relatively relaxing Their milkshakes can be a bit thicker also.

You can't sell ice-cream and have a sour face or personality. The cashier was friendly and delivered service with a smile. I enjoy going to this West Mall branch.

This is my favorite place to have ice cream with loved ones and friends, they have alcoholic drinks here too. I would normally have a mudslide, they serve it in a large goblet.. beautifully decorated. The service here is wonderful, Anastasia and Rhonda is always super pleasant and smiling. Anastasia always makes my delicious mudslide every time, always to perfection! Thank you Ana!! The atmosphere is cozy, and intimate, and is very relaxing. Perfect place to be happy!
