The Rib Shack - Port of Spain

The only cheese I tasted on the macaroni-pie was the top layer. The pie itself was bland and tasteless. Disappointing. My sister bought creamy mashed potato that tasted sour like it was going bad. She asked me to taste it because she wasn't too sure and I confirmed that something tasted off. She told 1 of the attendants who said she tasted the batch and it was okay. She asked to have something else and was given a handful of fries... not a full portion. The creamy mash was a premium side order that my sister paid $5 extra for. When this was raised, the attendant told her that she can't get a refund because she ate most of the mashed potato. My sister explained that she kept eating because we thought maybe it was sour cream, but when I tasted it and told her it's definitely bad, she couldn't finish the meal. She started feeling upset and actually threw up when we got home. This is extremely poor customer service and just like that, they lost 2 customers.

Customer service was disgusting lol my fren walked up placed his order then turned to me i said i wanted a shrimp combo abd i asked whats the sides... my friend order alone came out

What a fantastic restaurant! The staff is polite and well-mannered. The menu is delightfully appealing, and the portion sizes are generous—perfect for sharing. I will definitely be back. It was a wonderful New Year's Eve dinner!

Good food, good service and convenient location. loved their ribs, brokkoli Slav and cooked mais. the image speaks for itself! look at them today as they offer other articles such as bbqhun, bark, lamb and burger.

Clearly the name lead me wrong as I thought this place was a shack... Trust me, it is far from that... Quite impressed on the size of the eating area and how neat and clean this restaurant is. Nice tall ceiling, properly painted walls with all the right wall art, hanging lights and chandeliers. Well done on that. Service staff are all so nice and friendly and the condements station is also very clean. Enjoyed the food and the wait wasn't very long either and even if it was, their flat screen television have on some really nice cooking programs. I Like it and will be returning
