Mountain Pride Chocolate

The waitress who attended to us was not knowledgeable about the menu. After taking our order she had to reconfirm it at least 3 times and still got it wrong !!! After placing the order it took us approximately 30-45 mins to even get the order....first and possibly last time here !!!

I would only recommend having the Hot Chocolate at this establishment as thar was the only item they can make and nothing else. Ordered a Carrot Cake and it was the worse cake I've ever tasted. It was dry, tasteless and it was in no way a carrot cake in terms of how a Carrot cake is supposed to taste or even look. It was like a slice of kiss bread with some sort of icing if you can call that icing slapped together. My mom had the chocolate cake and it tasted old and dry. Had the food there already and would not recommend eating there nor the smoothies. They need some serious improvements but more like a new chief who knows how to cook and bake. What a waste of money!

I've heard a lot of people talk about this place and I was excited to visit when I got the chance. However, it's not what I thought. The food quality and taste was less than ok. The service was way less than friendly. The atmosphere was actually kind of musky. Some areas of the dine in area were not cleaned. It had dust. I did not like the experience. I will not go there again.

Great experience. Friendly staff and nice service. The style of the place is very comfortable and welcoming. The food, deserts and drinks are great as well as their prices. I had a great beef burger and steak fries. It's great for casual meals or meet ups as well as a special occasion. The outdoor seating area is also very nice as long as the weather is dry. WiFi is also available so that was a nice surprise. The service was friendly and warm. Mistakes are made sometime but they are corrected with a smile. I would definitely return.

Chocolate drinks and ambiance were absolutely amazing They were blended perfectly and we couldn't get enough of the chocolate however, we ordered pancakes, eggs and chicken tenders. The pancake was very dry, the syrup used was watered-down, the eggs has no salt and the chicken tenders were hard and lacked flavour. On another note, our waitress was absolutely delightful and very kind. We were even more pleased to find out all the staff members were just as kind as her when we were leaving.
