Cluxewe Waterfront Bistro

After we traveled 3 hours from comox, we just arrived in time for dinner at 7 with a table in advance. unfortunately the restaurant did not have our booking, the recipeist was polite and went to check if we could be accommodated. we have seen a woman we suspect to be the manager, she saw through the book, shocked her head and went away without talking to us. the receptor was then left behind to tell us that we cannot sit. no apologies or try to make us for their mistake. very disappointing. only unfriendly experience we had on an otherwise beautiful trip!

Far exceeded expectations, this place was amazing. It's understated within the resort/RV park, but they have found themselves a gem along the waterfront. The atmosphere was cozy, classy and welcoming, with most tables along the front windows which border the beach and overlook the sweeping...ocean views and sunset. The staff were very friendly, and the chef came around to greet everyone and check in after we ate as well. The food WOW we were blown away. Fine dining at its best, with fresh seafood and local ingredients, bold and delicious flavours throughout. We had the scallops for appetizer, and seafood pastas for mains. Good selection of beers and wine, featuring local offerings and ones well suited to the food. Would be a great place to take a date, or your family to experience the area. Wish we could eat there every night! Highly recommend.

The food at this restaurant is delicious, set in a stunning location. You can truly appreciate the chef's skills both visually and through the taste of the dishes. I highly recommend this place and suggest making a reservation in advance for anyone interested in dining here.

We had an amazing dinner. The food was of high quality and the prices were very reasonable. Our meals were delicious and the staff was extremely friendly.

The food at this restaurant is fantastic and the atmosphere is amazing! The menu offers unique dishes that stand out in the area. The high-quality menu includes three delicious desserts. The service is always friendly too!
