Mcdonald's Family Restaurants

16/7/17 2:30pmMy husband and I stopped through drive through to grab a quick bite on drive home from Sydney placed our order, we always check to see if sauce was placed in bag as it is always missed never a problem until today. When we got to the final window my husband simply asked the blonde haired server for the sauce we order to which she rolled her eyes, my husband then said it was two sauces and she was even more irritated then the first ask for sauce husband said you should work on your manners to which she slammed the drive through window. Maccas your customer service is poor I personally work with the public and know I wouldn't have a job if I spoke and acted they way she did to my customers. SMH! I know it's only sauce and it wasn't a problem until she made it one. The one thing i do know is at all costs be friendly to the people who keep you employed, one sauce at a time

It has usually been a spot to pull into from Sydney heading north, but it has changed.The toilets are clean and so is the eating area, staff are friendly and helpful.We were on our way out to tourist spots and stopped twice for morning tea while staying at Port.After ordering our coffee and cake, we were told to take a seat and it would be brought out to us. How wonderful!Restaurant service in a fast food place. MacDonald's has come a long way and well done.

Went for a quick snack for dinner. Staff were friendly enough. But cheeseburger was only lukewarm. Definitely not up to the standard I have come to expect from McDonald's. Fast food should be piping hot - that's what customers expect not tepid burgers. The chips were hot enough but all in all really not good enough !!!!

This McDonalds is very clean. The staff is very welcoming and patient on a busy day. This Resturant is very convenient when traveling a long distance and going to Port Macquarie. The toilets have always been clean when visiting there. Plenty of seating for a busy place.

I had the need to visit Port Macquarie early morning and looked for a place for Breakfast, normally I would bypass Mcdonald's, but today on the off chance dropped into this newly renovated store, My order was taken by a cheerful lady behind the cash register in the McCafe part of the restaurant, I gave my order for Croissants and Coffee, I was asked to be seated and my meal would be brought to me .. Table Service , what a pleasant change, the food was enjoyable and the coffee good, I'm changing my mind about visiting here again.. Ill be back....
