A must for all locals. Most will come for their exceptional briani (or biryani for foreigners) but the other items on the menu are also worth trying. The portions are generous and the sides are quite tempting. Make sure to call and make a reservation well ahead to avert the peak-time queues!
The food is delicious and the portions also are quite large. The staff is very welcoming and courteous. We spent a nice time there! Edit: 08/09/2022 Went there again and this time also, everything went on smoothly. I followed the advice of one of the reviewers here and ordered something else apart from the Biryani. I chose the mixed salad, rice and poulet aux trois merveilles... absolutely yummy! Totally recommend! Kudos to the staff also for their attentive and impeccable manners.
Authentic chicken briani Mauritian style. Do call to book a table else you might well eat something else!
