We knew we had to book in advance because this restaurant is taken ^we still tried our chance to go to the culot and it paid, friendly team that found us a small table for two in order to enjoy their good dishes. very good kitchen, small card that reflects a use of fresh products! we can read that the dishes are homemade, and from my experience I think it's not marketing !y go without hesitation !

Come as a couple for dinner, the bistrot offers fish-based dishes. The square is very nice, the generous kitchen and the impeccable service.

We come to Arbois and Chateau de Germigeny at least once a year and eat always lunch at le Bistrot once or twice during our stay. We were never disappointed but this time it was very very good. I fondly remember the potatoe puree with truffels .My husband was ecually pleased with his fish. Service was a bit on the slow side this time.

Evening improvised on the terrace, (mandatory reservation)very good reception (we had to cleave three servers as charming and helpful with a small note of eccentricity and humour for one of them...)A beautiful initiative for the vegetarian menu, though little copied (we would have had no problems to pay more for this menu) the purée of potatoes. A treat! not to mention the great classic of the house. "the betting brest" for two people! an avalanche of pleasure.For the wine map, great disappointment. Many conventional wines and some organics, I did not find my happiness.Address to share without hesitation.
