Przekaż informację zwrotnąSelf checkout is a joke. Annoying to use. Almost never accepts cash. Constantly prompts that you removed an item or placed an item on the scale when you didn't. They're always broken. Not enough regular checkouts open to help with the backlog. If you expect your customers to work here for free, could you at least make sure we have working equipment. Shelves are very bare in many aisles, hard to only go food shopping here since they're always out of stuff. Everyone I know that goes here feels the same. I know they'll probably reach out with some corporate number I can call. But honestly, you have to know this is a problem, right? Just put in better self checkout registers, with actual room to put your groceries. I'm like stacking my weekly haul up to the ceiling with these ridiculously small counters. Then the machines take forever with their wait for assistance messages. I feel bad for the poor employees that have to work with these crummy machines. Get it together already. Sad too since I live literally 200 feet down the road but it's so difficult shopping here. Back to Stop N Shop and lower blood pressure. Poorly run store by a most likely poorly run company. Too bad King Kullen had to go.
Not used to reveiwing grocery stores. It was clean, reasonably stocked, looked fairly priced even when things are higher than ever. Oh the one highlight, the cashier told me to go to customer service with my card and get two products loaded on there with the available digital coupons. Nice of her to wait, while doing this to help me save money.
I've been shopping here for a while, generally I have a good experience as long as I avoid self checkout. They always have kids working there that rather be on their cellphones than actually help check you out. Many months ago they started locking the doors 15min or prior to closing time until I made a big scene by the front door and got management involved. After all this I held my tongue until now. Tonight I went to shop and they had the doors locked almost 15min prior to closing time again. Every customer had to knock on the door and literally BEGG to be let in. STORE HOURS are posted, closing time 11pm. You would think a place of business would stay open until the POSTED HOURS so they don't loose customers which equals a loss of profits. Why do they do this? To go home 5 minutes early?? Or so they can go home at exactly 11pm on the dot?? I'm sorry that's NO EXCUSE. You get paid to do a job and if there is nobody there to cover after 1059pm THATS NOT OUR PROBLEM. ITS YOURS. Continue this behavior and I will contact the regional office of ShopRite because I am ......... Tired of it. When I'm at my place of employment I'm expecting to finish my job and stay a few minutes later if needed. I guess those rules only apply to ME? Hell. No. Y'all know who I am I'm a regular late night shopper.
Not happy at all. Got used to Gateway Mall; steams our seafood, store was missing a lot of items I needed, like my Hint of Lime Tostitos.
Clean store with nicely stocked shelves. Hood selection of kosher foods
