Mccarthy's And Grill - Port Huron

Great chicken dinners. We had to check this place out as the other chicken in the rough place, only to compare to Palms Crystal Bar in Port Huron, Michigan. Service was a bit of a wait but worth it. At the time the restaurant was packed. The waitstaff did their best to work as quickly as possible. Our only disappointment was no coleslaw served with the dinners. We ordered some as a side and it was very good. We definitely will go back when visiting Sarnia again!

Couldn't ask for a better place in Sarnia. Best Chicken in Southwestern Ontario! Theresa the bartender is a champ! Dont know how she keeps up! Dont place by this place up!

The boneless wings were dried up chicken chunks with barely any batter next to no honey/garlic coating. And, the fries have changed.. they look like McD's fries but definitely are not as good. I loved the original fries.. what happened to them? Please bring them back! Not only that.. the batter has changed, and/or there is less of it(on the chicken). However, it is still better than a major competitor, only because theirs is too greasy for my liking/health. We'll be back when you get things back to normal.

Ordered takeout tonight from McCarthy’s Southside. When I arrived at the restaurant, it was closed. Called the number again and was told Southside has been closed since February. Google still shows that Southside is still open. Now I had to waste gas driving across the city to pick up my food that is no longer hot.

Love the broaster chicken. Only disappointment was the miniscule portion of coleslaw for over $2.
