The food was decent chip truck fare. The fries were crispy, the gravy was gooey, and the cheese was melty. The pickle spears were big, and the dipping sauce was nice. The prices were a little on the high side (an order of 4 spears was 4 dollars. we expected a few more spears for that price;) overall though, everything was fine, food wise. The service, however, left much to be desired. The lady at the window was rude, snarky, and condescending. And this wasn't just to us, we observed her treat two other customers much in the same manner. I'll go ahead and assume that, based on all of the positive reviews, she was having a bad day. Hopefully, her day got better.I suppose, the question is, will we be coming back? Not likely. First impressions go a long way, and with customer service skills this terrible, neither one of us are inclined to be customers of Xtreme Fries again. Shame.
These guys know their fries. Everything I've had from Xtreme has been great, but the best is the poutine. They layer the fries with gravy and cheese curd so it is delicious right down to the bottom. With high quality fries, this is probably the best poutine I've had.
This is the best chip truck in town. They have the best fries. Run by great people who are friendly and always have a smile on their face. Lots of tables to eat at. Quick service too.
Great fries cooked by good people at a reasonable price what else can you ask for? Lots of paring and tables to eat, Close tt he river and you can walk around town.
Amazing fries made by fantastic staff. The fries are extremely tasty, and the service is fast and provided by friendly individuals.
